Return Policy

FULL PRICE PURCHASES

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your purchase must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including all original labels and tags.

Please email us at info@havivahmama.com and let us know what item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We can then provide you with appropriate shipping information.

Please understand some items such as our non-medical face masks, undergarments and any custom made items are non-returnable.

SALE ITEMS (PRESALE, SAMPLE SALE, AND FINAL SALE)

Each person who supports our presales is a co-creator investing in Havivah Mama! We are incredibly grateful to each of you and happy to provide presale items at a discount. With our presale items we can give you our best estimate around timing if requested, however we cannot guarantee shipment by a particular date.

Presale purchases can only be exchanged within 15 days of delivery; they may not be returned. Please email us at info@havivahmamaboutique.com and let us know what item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. We can then provide you with appropriate shipping information. 

Items marked sample sale and final sale cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected you will receive a credit applied to your original form of payment if the return is made in line with our policies and the item eligible for return. It may take up to 7-10 days to appear on your statement.

INTERNATIONAL

COMING SOON! Not yet shipping internationally. [We are happy to ship to you internationally via the United States Postal Service for a flat fee. You will be responsible for any import taxes or other customs fees based on the laws of your country as well as any logistics related to claiming your item upon arrival. Additional fees are calculated by customs officials and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Unfortunately we are unable to offer return shipping or exchanges for international orders at this time.]
